How much does GetSalon cost?
Setup is $150 per module, once. The monthly fee is $10 per user for the first module, plus $4 per user for each extra module, with a $29 monthly minimum.
When does the monthly fee start?
From the first day your team starts using it, not the day we install it. If setup takes us longer, you don't pay for the wait.
What does setup include?
We load your services, prices and staff, import your clients from Excel or your old system, put your logo on the booking page and link it to your website, and train your team for 2 hours.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes, any month, from Settings in the app. Turning a module off hides it; nothing you recorded is deleted, and switching it back on brings it all back.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone who logs in: the owner, managers, front desk, your accountant and every stylist or therapist. Each login is one user. Clients booking online never count.
